— Marc Stein (@TheSteinLine) December 3, 2019
Nunn is the first Heat player to win the award since Josh Richardson won it in March 2016. He has started all 19 of Miami’s game and averages 16 points a game on a 54.4% effective field goal percentage. Teammate Tyler Herro was among the finalists for the award.
With Goran Dragic out for the Heat’s next two games at the Toronto Raptors and Boston Celtics, Miami could use some of Nunn’s scoring ability.
