According to Anthony Chiang of the Miami Herald, Heat legend Alonzo Mourning will be representing the Miami Heat at next week’s Draft Lottery. After 11 seasons as a player, he currently works as the Heat’s vice president of player programs.

This is the third time ‘Zo will represent the Heat at an NBA Lottery. Hopefully he can bring some luck to the lottery with the Heat more than likely slated to pick 13th. Still, there’s a 4.7% chance the Heat sneak into the top pick, so you never know. Miami will be hosting a draft lottery party on May 14th at the AAA.

The last time the Heat picked in the first round they selected Bam Adebayo with the 14th pick.
