Game Story:

The Miami Heat (27-11) are hoping to recover from a loss in Brooklyn on Friday night that saw them lose a 9-point fourth quarter lead. The Heat had control of the game, but a zone defense had them struggle to score in the last five minutes.

For a chance to end a 3-game trip with a winning record, they will play at Madison Square Garden agains the New York Knicks (10-29). The Knicks have the third worst record in the NBA, have lost five in a row and are only 5-13 at home.

Rookie RJ Barrett will have to see the length of the Heat and ferocity of Jimmy Butler. The Knicks lost in Miami 129-114 on December 20.

FiveThirtyEight has the Heat with a 73% chance to win this game.
