The Miami Heat defeated the Cleveland Cavaliers without Jimmy Butler Friday night. They’ll face the same Cavaliers team Monday night, again without Butler.
Butler missed both Feb. 21’s “The Flashback” event honoring Dwyane Wade and the Feb. 22 game against the Cavaliers for personal reasons. He will remain in South Florida while the Heat play the Cavaliers on the road.
UPDATE: Jimmy Butler (personal reasons) will not travel with the team to Cleveland today for tomorrow night’s game vs the Cavs.

Meyers Leonard and Tyler Herro will also not play tomorrow night, missing the eight consecutive game for both of them. The Heat haven’t provided a timetable for either player to return.
The Heat also announced that guard Gabe Vincent has rejoined the Heat as part of his two-way contract. Vincent provides some depth for the Heat. During garbage time of Miami’s 124-105 win over the Cavaliers, Erik Spoelstra subbed out veterans Goran Dragic, Andre Iguodala and Jae Crowder — and subbed in starters Kendrick Nunn, Derrick Jones Jr. and Duncan Robinson.
OFFICIAL: Gabe Vincent has re-joined the Miami HEAT as part of his two-way contract.
