The Miami Heat have announced their broadcast schedule of the resumption of the 2019-20 NBA season at the Walt Disney World Resort with Fox Sports Sun broadcasting all eight seeded games including all three scrimmages starting Wednesday, July 22.
Each game will feature a 30-minute “Heat Live” pregame show as well as extended postgame coverage.
Fans eager to get their first look at the team in months will get to watch all three scrimmages leading up to the official return of the season too. Fox Sports GO will stream all three scrimmages live, however note that Fox Sports Sun will broadcast the first game vs. the Sacramento Kings and last on Tuesday, July 28 vs. the Memphis Grizzlies live, with the second scrimmage vs the Utah Jazz on July 25 to be aired after tape delay.
Veteran play-by-play announcer Eric Reid and color analyst John Crotty will call every Heat game remotely from AmericanAirlines Arena, which is also where host Jason Jackson and analysts Ron Rothstein and Ruth Riley-Hunter will be based for the comprehensive and always entertaining pregame, halftime and postgame shows.
As for radio, long-time play-by-play announcer Mike Inglis will call the team’s English radio broadcasts alongside analyst Riley Hunter on AM 790, FM 104.3 HD2 The Ticket, and across the Miami Heat Radio Network member stations. Jonathan Zaslow and Tommy Tighe will also return to provide pre-game, half-time and post-game coverage. Jose Pañeda and Joe Pujala will call Spanish language radio broadcasts on WRTO Mix 98.3 FM and on HEAT Spanish radio affiliate ESPN 760 AM in West Palm Beach.
