Eight Miami Heat players — including their two All-Stars from last season, Jimmy Butler and Bam Adebayo — have entered the NBA’s health and safety protocols. Miami may not have eight available players needed for their next game — scheduled for a TNT broadcast Tuesday night at the Philadelphia 76ers.

Aside from Butler and Adebayo, the list of Heat players in the health and safety protocols are: Avery Bradley, Goran Dragic, Moe Harkless, Kendrick Nunn, Udonis Haslem and KZ Okpala.

Additionally, the Heat have listed Meyers Leonard as questionable for tomorrow’s game with a shoulder sprain. Kelly Olynyk is listed as probable with a groin contusion. Gabe Vincent, who is battling right knee soreness, is also probable. The Heat need at least two of those three players to be cleared to play to have the NBA-minimum eight players suited up.

The only Heat players who are not in the health and safety protocols or on the injury list are Tyler Herro, Duncan Robinson, Andre Iguodala, Precious Achiuwa, Chris Silva and Max Strus, who is on a two-way contract.

The Heat’s game against the Boston Celtics, which was originally scheduled for Sunday night, was postponed.
