Bam Adebayo signed a 5-year max contract with the Miami Heat this offseason, but it wasn’t the only deal coming to him.
Today, the Jordan Brand has announced and welcomed Bam Adebayo to their family.
For Adebayo, family is everything and he is both honored and excited to be a part of the Jumpman one: “It hasn’t sunk in yet, but it will soon, even just based on the simple fact that everybody knows who MJ is and what he’s done for the game of basketball. Being able to say that I’m part of the Brand makes me sit back and really cherish everything. I’m looking forward to the experience.”
Former Miami Heat star Dwyane Wade was once a part of the Jordan Brand family, but left to eventually sign with Li-Ning on a much more lucrative deal for him.
For Bam, to be welcomed into the Jordan family speaks a lot. He will join the likes of Zion Williamson, Jayson Tatum, Chris Paul, Victor Oladipo and many others who already are a part of the family.

My mindset is to go back to the Finals and have a different outcome. Right now, my team is focused on getting healthy. We’re fighting to get back.
