GAME STORY
The Miami Heat started the season 11-17 and have gone 11-1 since then, sitting at 22-18 and 4th in the East. Tonight, they match up with the Memphis Grizzlies.
Miami is going to be on the second night of a back-to-back traveling to Memphis. The Heat beat the Cavs last night while Memphis last played on Monday, a loss to the Suns. We could be getting the first dose of a Justise Winslow against the Heat — he sat out the last game but appears to be ready to play this one. I’m sure there will be some fire inside of him.
Jimmy Butler rolled his ankle a bit in the 4th quarter last night, and he did travel with the team — but don’t be surprised if he is scratched from the lineup if it is sore. A B2B traveling when the Heat are about to have a 4-game home-stand, there’s not much of a benefit of him testing it if it is sore.
Grizzlies won’t be an easy matchup, but the Heat need to get contributions from the others and shoot well to win. Ja Morant will be the biggest problem for Miami.
ODDS: FiveThirtyEight gives the Heat a 41% chance to win the game.
HEAT VS CAVS: WEDNESDAY, MARCH 17 AT 9:00 PM.
